Can Cristofol is definitely one of the most beautiful initiatives in Ibiza in regards of regenerative, ecological and organic agriculture.
Volunteering here for almost a month I have a privilege to learn from very passionate, knowledgeable and fun team about the most healthy and harmonious ways to work with the local land, plants, insects and the whole ecosystem.
The Shop offers fresh local organic and ecological vegetables, eggs, fruits, berries, honey and more - all are picked seasonal thus keeping us in synchronicity with the cycles of nature.
I feel very grateful to be able to contribute to this project and highly recomend the volunteering opportunity to anyone keen to learn more about the regenerative, ecological, organic agriculture and to do so working in absolutely beautiful ancient Finca Can Cristofol.
Also the work of volunteers is very generously rewarded with local fresh vegetables, fruits, berries and more.
Can Cristofol is a beautiful example of how to bring healthy changes in our way of relating to the world around and inside of us - I wish it continues to grow, teach and inspire all us.
