It’s a shame that for the people before, the business didn’t work out; they were lovely. The ones running the shop now, they make it so unpleasant shopping at Bio Terra. The woman obviously think that whatever she is always doing at the computer is more important then taking even her eyes off it and greeting the customers that walk in; given that they must be very far and few as it’s always empty when I visit the shop. The man has a personality of the potatoes he sells and thinks he knows it all. Very impersonal customer service. I started avoiding the shop despite being around the corner from us and given that Alcampo sells a wide range of organic products at lower prices, is a gain gain.
